The item is delivered unassembled in a box - you just have to screw the parts together. This is very easy and is done within a few minutes. Naturally, it comes with a tap. The dimensions are as follows: 40 x 83 x 33cm (W x H x D). The distance from the top to the tap is 19cm. The distance from the drain grate to the middle of the tap is 59cm. The distance from the ground to the middle of the tap is 64.5cm. The inner circumference of the pipe at the back of the tap is 19mm and has a 3/4 inch fitting. There is a drain hole at the base with a diameter of 52mm. The round drain grate, which can be seen on the photos, can be removed.
